I joined Mosaic (known as "Carwash Connect" at that time) in 2017 and during my 3 years with the company I played a key role in developing the MPV of white-labelled mobile apps and administrative web app platform as Lead Product Designer and Frontend Developer.

Later, my role evolved into Product Manager and Project Manager (still maintaining my roles as Lead Product Designer and Frontend Dev) where I lead our product and development teams through constant product updates, a company rebrand, and custom development projects with multi-national car wash businesses, turning the Mosaic MVP into an industry-leading software platform.

Summary

Mosaic provides their clients with a way to effortlessly institute turn-key subscription and loyalty programs, brand their operations with a white-labelled app, and improve their marketing efforts by paying close attention to customer data and analytics.

White-Labelled Mobile Apps

The consumer-facing side of the platform is a white-labelled mobile application with custom branding to match that of the client. Each app was built and deployed as a standalone app but was based on a master codebase "template". This allowed for a short turnaround time from when we receive the branding information and logos to when we can deploy a ready-to-use app.

Through the mobile app, consumers can purchase and activate car washes straight from their phone, manage and use monthly subscriptions, earn loyalty points, and leverage contact-free activation to ensure safety and sanitation.

Operators Panel

The client or admin side of the the platform is known as the Operators Panel web app. The "Ops Panel" the backend control center that car wash operators use to manage the content of the mobile app (including products and locations), track customer information, view reports, and run promotional campaigns through the Campaigns Module.
